Training

The basic modules:

  • Communication: rapport, leading and pacing, enhancement of self-esteem, USP
  • Practice in the field: modelling ideal guide and ideal tour
  • Bridging cultures: cultural differences and values
  • Customer service: customers’ expectations, services, complaint management
  • Intangible heritage: creating awareness of the importance of the intangible heritage as a part of the guidance
  • Memorizing training: activating half forgotten memories of intangible heritage


Vocal training: voice and articulation will receive constant attention throughout the training, including practical exercises.

Conduct: adequate behaviour will be focused on throughout the training

Additional modules: protection of cultural heritage, rock art, archaeology, raising awareness, team building processes, mediation, non violent communication, advancement of women,
training the trainer

Structure:
The training is built up in independent modules.

Duration: To cover all basic modules the minimum duration is one week. The recommended duration is at least two weeks (up to four weeks), in order for the practical exercises to receive sufficient attention.
